Your questions, answered
Does it work for scooters and motorbikes?
Yes. A bike has a plate, due dates, a schedule and a contract, just like a car. We add what's specific to your business, such as helmets supplied or delivery to the customer's villa or hotel.
Can the WhatsApp agent confirm a rental on its own?
It checks the planner, only offers vehicles that are free for the whole period, and collects dates, delivery point and ID documents. What it is allowed to confirm, and when payment is requested, is decided with you.
What prevents a double booking?
Each new booking is checked against those already on the vehicle, and any overlap is flagged. Your team and the agent see the same planner.
I have several branches or pickup points. Is that covered?
Yes. Multi-branch mode is built and tested: each branch sees its own fleet and bookings, and management sees everything.
I already use rental software. Will I lose my history?
No. Your history is moved over, and the old software can run in parallel with a nightly sync while the team gets used to the new one.
