What you write to the agent is sent to an artificial intelligence model to produce the reply. Our server does not store conversations: the history stays in your browser for the duration of your visit.

Please don't share sensitive information (health, banking details, passwords) in the conversation.

If you book a call with the agent, your name, email address, company name, WhatsApp number if you provide it, and a short summary of the conversation are sent to our team and saved in our calendar. You receive an email invitation.

This information is used only to prepare and hold the call, and for any follow-up you agree to.

Booking form (Contact page): your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number if you provide it, business type and what you describe of your needs are sent to our team (internal alert and email to [email protected]) and saved in our calendar with the time you picked. The invitation you receive has a fixed text: it does not repeat anything you wrote. If no time suits you and you ask to be contacted, the same information is sent to the team, without a booking.

Mitra AFP form (Partner program page): your name, WhatsApp number, city, the business you recommend if you name one, and your confirmation that its owner agrees to be contacted are sent to our team, who will contact you on WhatsApp.

The form also records the page you write from and how you reached the site (a partner's link, a campaign or another website), so the team knows where requests come from. This information is only used to reply to you and for the follow-up; it is never sold or shared.

If you sign up for the Mitra AFP program with the agent (or with the form, see above), your name, WhatsApp number, city, the business you recommend if you name one, and a short summary of the conversation are sent to our team, who will contact you on WhatsApp. This information is used only to manage your participation in the program.

If you apply with the form on the Careers page, your name, WhatsApp number, email address, the role you apply for, your current city, your availability, the languages you speak, the link to your CV and your message are sent to our team (internal alert and email to [email protected]). The form does not accept files: we only keep the link you give, and the document stays where you stored it.

This information is used only to review your application and to contact you about this hiring. It is never sold or shared. We keep it for 12 months at most after you apply, then delete it.

You can ask at any time to access or delete your data by writing to [email protected].

To keep bots out, an invisible anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is used for the agent and the forms, and the number of messages, bookings, sign-ups and applications is limited per connection for a short period.

We use analytics without advertising cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and an anonymous visit signal to know when the site is being viewed.

On aifusionpartner.com, Google Analytics also counts steps of the visit (agent opened, times shown, call booked, Mitra sign-up, application sent with the role applied for), without ever sending what you write. In Europe, its cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
