We are hiring three people on site in Bali, to help businesses move into AI with software built for them.

Three full-time roles, on site in Bali. For each one: Indonesian and English, French is a plus.

Pay for each role is presented during the interview. For the sales role, it is made up of a fixed salary + a commission on every client signed.

Sales

Bali, on site · Full time

You find businesses that need custom software with AI agents, and you guide them from the first contact to the signature.

What you will do

  • Spot businesses in Bali and Indonesia that could use our software: villas, restaurants, studios, clinics, shops.
  • Reach out in person, on WhatsApp or by phone, and book meetings.
  • Understand how each business runs and what wastes its time.
  • Present our solutions and demos with the team, then follow each proposal through to a decision.
  • Keep your prospects and meetings up to date.

Who we are looking for

  • Fluent Indonesian and English. French is a plus.
  • Comfortable approaching people and talking to business owners.
  • Organised, with real follow-up on your contacts.
  • Sales experience, especially with businesses, is a plus.
  • Curious about AI, no technical background needed.

Content and marketing

Bali, on site · Full time

You create the content that makes AFP known: social media, short videos and Meta and Google ads, with AI tools at your side.

What you will do

  • Plan and publish social media content: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Write, shoot and edit short videos.
  • Create visuals and videos with AI image and video generation tools.
  • Prepare and track Meta and Google ads: copy, visuals, audiences, results.
  • Measure what works and suggest the next pieces of content.

Who we are looking for

  • Fluent Indonesian and English. French is a plus.
  • You know what works on social media and have already published or edited videos.
  • Some experience with Meta or Google ads is a plus.
  • Keen to try new AI tools as soon as they come out.
  • Examples of your content to show us.

Project manager or assistant

Bali, on site · Full time

You keep every client on track: deadlines, documents, messages. You are the link between the team and the clients.

What you will do

  • Follow each client: where their project stands, what is expected and by when.
  • Keep the deadline calendar and follow up when needed.
  • Prepare and file documents: proposals, meeting notes, invoices, contracts.
  • Be the link between clients and the technical team, both ways.
  • Organise meetings and record the decisions made.

Who we are looking for

  • Fluent Indonesian and English, written and spoken. French is a plus.
  • Highly organised, reliable on dates and details.
  • Comfortable with online tools: Google Workspace, WhatsApp, spreadsheets.
  • Experience as an assistant, in project management or customer service is a plus.

Can I work remotely?

No. All three roles are on site in Bali. If you are not there yet, give your current city and availability in the form.

Do I need to speak French?

No. Indonesian and English are required, French is a plus.

It is presented during the interview. For the sales role, it is made up of a fixed salary + a commission on every client signed.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. None of these three roles is a developer role. Curiosity about AI matters more than technical skills.
