In short

AI Fusion Partner builds custom Pilates studio software: online booking and payment for Reformer, Mat and private sessions, packs and credits, waitlist and front desk. A WhatsApp agent answers overnight, books and deducts credits, then hands back to your team. These modules already run at a Pilates studio in Bali.

What you stop chasing

  • A client asks for a Reformer spot at 11 pm, the team replies next morning, and the class is full.
  • Credits are counted by hand, and partner platform bookings are copied into the schedule one by one.
  • A late cancellation frees a machine, a no-show blocks another, and the waitlist never hears about it in time.

What your software does for you

Online booking and payment

Reformer, Mat or private session: clients book on your website and pay online, alone or with friends.

Packs, credits and intro offer

Each booking uses the right pack, from website, WhatsApp or front desk. The intro offer is kept for new clients.

Waitlist, check-in and no-shows

The front desk marks attendance, no-shows and walk-ins. A full class sends clients to the waitlist, not elsewhere.

Schedule, instructors and iPad kiosk

Weekly template, a “my classes” view per instructor, and an iPad kiosk for check-in and waiver signing.

Partner platform imported

Partner platform bookings land in the schedule on their own, next to website, WhatsApp and front desk bookings.

One inbox and an overnight agent

WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok in one place, with the client card and translation. The agent answers WhatsApp overnight.

MOJO

A Pilates studio opening with nothing in place to sell its classes. We delivered the website with online booking and payment, and the back office: schedule, front desk, group bookings, credits and check-in kiosk. A WhatsApp agent answers overnight.

    A 30-minute call

Show us how a client books a Reformer today, from the first message to check-in.

    A diagnostic

We find what costs you most: spots lost overnight, credits recounted, bookings typed twice.

  3. 3

    A first module in production

Often online booking with credits, carrying over your current packs and schedule.

  4. 4

    The rest, month to month

WhatsApp agent, kiosk, point of sale: we add modules one at a time and review the agent's work every month.

Your questions, answered

How does the software handle Reformer capacity?

Each class has as many spots as you have machines. A spot is held during payment, and both the website and the agent only offer spots that are actually free in the schedule. When a class is full, the client can join the waitlist.

Are credits and packs deducted automatically?

Yes. Every booking draws from the right pack, whatever the channel. Manual adjustments are still possible and logged with who made them, and the intro offer is blocked for clients who have already visited.

My clients also book through a partner platform. Do we have to copy everything?

No. Partner platform bookings are imported into the schedule automatically, and your instructors are notified just as they are for a booking made on your website.

What happens when a client cancels or doesn't show up?

The agent can cancel or move a booking by applying your cancellation rules, and manage the waitlist. At the front desk, the team marks no-shows, and the history stays on the client card.

Can the front desk charge twice for the same session?

No. The point of sale handles classes, packs, café and shop in one place, and a safeguard refuses to charge again for a booking already paid online.
