My reps write their slips by hand. Do we have to change everything?
No. They keep writing. The slip is photographed, the tool reads it and recalculates the totals, the manager approves, and the customer's balance updates. Those who want to can move to the tablet later.
Every customer has their own prices. Is that supported?
Yes. On the tablet, the price can be changed line by line at the time of sale, and that price goes on the slip and on the customer's account.
My customers order on WhatsApp. Does the agent take the order by itself?
Orders arrive in a single inbox, next to the customer's account and history, and your team prepares the slip from there. How far to automate is decided during the diagnostic, based on your products and customers.
I already have an ERP. Can we keep it?
Yes. We can connect an assistant to your existing software to answer questions about stock, sales and unpaid balances, and build only what is missing around it, such as van sales or slip reading.
