In short

AI Fusion Partner builds custom accounting practice management software for accounting, bookkeeping and tax firms, covering everything before the bookkeeping: documents clients send on WhatsApp or email land in one place, are read, filed in the right client folder, and anything missing is chased before the deadline. It sits alongside your accounting software rather than replacing it.

What you stop chasing

  • Clients send documents late and in a mess: phone photos on WhatsApp, attachments buried in one staff member's inbox.
  • Before every filing deadline, the team spends days chasing the same clients for the same documents.
  • Each client has its own deadlines and reports, from monthly tax returns to investment reports, tracked in spreadsheets.

What your software does for you

One inbox for client documents

WhatsApp, on one or several numbers, and email land in one place, each message linked to the client's file.

Documents read and filed

Purchase invoices, receipts and photos are read, then prepared as drafts for approval, by client and by period.

What's missing, client by client

Built to fit: set the documents expected per file and period, and see what has arrived or is missing.

Reminders in stages

A reminder on WhatsApp or email, then a firmer one, during business hours only. Nobody chases by hand.

A deadline calendar per client

VAT or sales tax, monthly returns, annual accounts: each client's deadlines tracked, built around your portfolio.

An assistant that knows your files

“Where are we with the Lee file for September?” The answer in one sentence, with permissions per staff member.

Your questions, answered

Do we have to replace our accounting software?

No. The accounting firm software we build handles collection, sorting and reminders. The books stay in your current tool, and during the diagnostic we work out how documents are passed on to it.

Our clients send everything on WhatsApp. Does that still work?

That's the most common case. Photos, PDFs and voice notes land in the shared inbox, linked to the right client by their number, and the agent confirms receipt.

Can the AI answer a client's tax question?

No. The agent confirms receipt, says what's missing and passes any real question to the person handling the file. Advice stays with your team.

How reliable is automatic document reading?

It prepares the details as drafts, and someone on your team approves them. It already runs in production on supplier invoices and handwritten slips, in industries other than accounting.

Who can see our clients' files?

Each staff member has their own permissions, login uses two-factor authentication and a log records who did what. The AI approves nothing on its own: its entries stay as drafts until confirmed.

Your team is there to advise clients, not to chase receipts.

Describe your firm to our agent. If there is a real fit, it books your call with the team.
