Will the AI give medical advice to patients?

No. The AI handles intake, pricing, scheduling and admin. Anything clinical, including symptom questions, treatment plans, medication questions, gets flagged for a doctor with the full chat history attached. We call this doctor-safe by design.

Does it integrate with my existing booking software or EMR?

Is patient data safe? What about Indonesian data law?

The WhatsApp number, the conversation history, the database. Everything sits in accounts you own. We follow Indonesia's health data law (UU PDP / PDPL): local hosting, audit log on every consent, no third-party data sharing. The AI is configured to never store sensitive clinical information in plain text. We brief your team on the right boundaries during onboarding.
