How long until we go live?

Will the AI give medical or treatment advice to clients?
No. The AI handles inquiry, pricing, scheduling, nurture and admin. Anything clinical including symptom questions, treatment plans, post-treatment medical issues gets flagged for your doctor with the full chat history attached. The doctor stays the gatekeeper. Drafts are reviewed before any clinical reply sends.
What about Indonesian photo consent (POJK) and Singapore ad rules (HSA)?
Photo consent capture is built into the inquiry flow. Before any before-and-after image is shared, the client signs digitally and the AI stores a timestamped audit log. Captions are auto-scrubbed of language regulators don't like ("permanent", "dramatic", "guaranteed"). The AI never auto-generates before-and-after content. Your audit log is exportable any day a regulator asks.
Does it integrate with my existing booking software?
Google Calendar, Cal.com, Fresha, Vagaro, Mindbody, Booksy and most standard scheduling tools are already wired. Aesthetic Record, MangoMint and Boulevard scoping is straightforward. If yours is missing, we add it during scoping.
Is client data safe? What about Indonesian privacy law?
The WhatsApp number, the conversation history, the database, everything sits in accounts you own. We respect Indonesian personal data law (UU PDP), don't share data with third parties, and the AI is configured to never store sensitive treatment information in plain text. We brief your team on the right boundaries during onboarding.
What languages does it speak?
Indonesian, English, Russian, Japanese, Korean out of the box. French, Mandarin, German on request. Each client gets answered in the language they wrote in, with doctor names and treatment terms localised correctly (контурная пластика for Russian, 美白针 for Chinese, and so on).
